I made my Mom cupcakes for her birthday. They were chocolate fudge, melted chocolate, and some had white cake too, and all had fluffy white frosting. They were delicious well to me at least. That one guy who said the frosting tasted like toothpaste did not like it so much. He said the bread was good though, he meant the actual cupcakes. Priceless!
The frosting is a family recipe, and does not use powdered sugar, but regular sugar and egg whites. I have decided that it is not meant to use as a decorating frosting,. It does not travel well at all either.
